like most of my requests.. i've left it off for months... but he kept asking about it so I finally got around to it yesterday, I just didnt have internet so i could'nt put it up xDDD

anywayz; he's a new addition to 'Teh Group'...since Sylvie(typhlosion) and Kameko (lopunny) are always fighting over Fritz(floatzel) and i technically put Fritz and Sylvie together anyway... Bowser is intended to be Kameko's best bud and secret admirer. i love cutesy little love stories and crap like that.. XD anyway, I decided he's also buds with Fritz; so I made his outfit look similar (other than the different coloured tie) to make it look like a uniform... cuz i decided they go to the same school....like a anthro pokemon school though.. xDDDDD anyway; thanks to for asking so much about it, otherwise I would've left it and been 'DA-dead' for another month!!! LOL
