From The Official Pokemon Handbook:
Charmander has a flame on the tip of its tail and is hard to train even for skilled trainers. When it rains, steam spurts from Charmander's tail. If the flame ever goes out completely, Charmander might never be able to battle again.

I was at my cousin's since Friday, and i didn't get a chance to upload somemore. on Friday I finished Charmander-Blastoise, then over the weekend I finished Caterpie to....Spearow and I'm working on Fearow so I'm at #22 beware of my constant uploading..
